Ingredients:
1 cup - (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
3/4 cup - Agave Nectar
2 - Eggs
2 1/2 cups - whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon - baking soda
1/2 teaspoon - salt
2 cups – semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F.
Beat butter, vanilla extract, and Agave Nectar
in a medium size bowl. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Slowly add in
flour, baking soda and salt. Continue to beat until fully combined. Stir in
chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2
inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until a light golden brown. Cool on
cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
