Fruit Salad with Agave Syrup

Ingredients:
In -Season Fresh Fruit (orange, melon, peach, etc.)..
For the sauce:
1 ripe avocado.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
1/2 cup orange juice.
2 tablespoons of Gaia Agave Nectar
1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Directions:
Chop the fruit and place it in individual cups on lettuce leaves. Refrigerate. Peel the avocado and place it in an electric mixer with lemon juice and orange juice. Mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until mixture is smooth. Chill the mixture. Just before serving the fruit cups, add the sauce over the fruit.
