Peach Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:
4 large peaches, ripe.
1 cup diced celery.
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts.
2 tablespoons Agave Nectar.
1/2 cup sour cream.
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Directions:

Wash the peaches, peel, remove seeds and cut into slices in a large bowl, gently mix peaches, celery, walnuts and Agave Nectar syrup. Chill in fridge. Just before serving, gently mix the sour cream with remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced strawberries.
