Ingredients:
170g of Rice Flour
30g of Cornstarch
5g of Baking Powder
3 tablespoons of Agave Syrup
100cc of Milk (Soy Milk)
1 Egg
Directions:
Put Egg and Agave Syrup into a bowl and mix well.
Add the Rice Flour, Cornstarch and Baking Powder and mix well.
Add the Milk and mix well.
Heat a frying pan and baking a pancake.
Serve on a plate with your favorite fruits
